Pre-Payment for Surgery: We require 50% down 2 weeks prior to surgery and the balance is due at time of surgery. Financing arrangements must be confirmed two weeks prior to surgery. Surgical fees are quoted at the time of consultation and include: pre and post operative physician visits, operating room charges, anesthesia and any implants or garments associated with the procedure. You will receive a written quotation of fees for services. Most patients are satisfied with the initial outcome of surgery. Occasionally, a touch up may be required to enhance the surgical result. In this event, no professional fees will be charged for additional procedures, however, operating room charges will be incurred. Patient Financing: Several types of financing are available to meet your individual financial needs: My Medical Loan, Chase Health Advance, MedChoice and HealthOne offer financing programs with extended payment terms and affordable monthly payments. We are happy to help utilize Flex Plan monies as well. Our office takes VISA, Mastercard, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Cash in payment for cosmetic surgery elective services. Insurance: Most cosmetic surgical procedures are considered to be elective surgery and not covered in most insurance policies. Some procedures such as: Breast Reduction, reconstructive surgery , mole excision and biopsy, laser surgery for rosacea, warts and birthmarks may be covered. For those procedures, we will be happy request preauthorization with your insurance provider to optimize coverage. A note to my patients: Our practice is based upon realistic expectations and costs in the improvement of one's appearance.
